Operating rules
Rules for the operation, warranty and service of furniture (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”), implemented by the Seller on the Site https://my–objects.com, developed in accordance with the requirements of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", DSTU GOST 19917:2016 "Furniture for sitting and lying down. General technical conditions", and regulate the procedure for operation, warranty and service maintenance of furniture sold by the Seller.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The Seller guarantees that all furniture sold by him is manufactured in accordance with current quality and safety standards.
1.2. The Seller ensures that each product complies with the technical and quality characteristics stated in the accompanying documents or on the Seller's official website. https://my–objects.com.
1.3. Warranty obligations are valid only if furniture is purchased from the Seller and one of the following documents is available:
1.3.1. Fiscal check;
1.3.2. Goods receipt;
1.3.3. Warranty card;
1.3.4. Other official supporting document.
2. WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS
2.1. The seller establishes a warranty period for furniture, which is twelve months from the date of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer, unless another term is expressly provided for in the accompanying documents for the Goods.
2.2. The warranty applies to:
2.2.1. Incompleteness, which consists in the absence of furniture components provided by the manufacturer;
2.2.2. Lack of hardware elementsnecessary for the proper assembly and functioning of the furniture, according to the manufacturer's specifications;
2.2.3. Defects in the processing of parts (chips on the edges of parts made of particleboard (CSP), swelling of the protective and decorative film made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) on the surfaces of parts, if any);
2.2.4. Incorrect hole drilling, which makes it impossible to properly assemble the furniture according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2.3. The warranty does not apply to:
2.3.1. Mechanical damage during assembly or operation;
2.3.2. Damage from moisture, chemicals, fire, pets;
2.3.3. Damage or wear to the upholstery fabric (covering) that has occurred during use, including, but not limited to, abrasions, tears, soiling, pilling (formation of lumps), loss of color or change in texture, which is not a consequence of an initial manufacturing defect in the fabric;
2.3.4. Furniture that has undergone design changes or repairs by third parties;
2.3.5. Exceeding the permissible load on the product;
2.3.6. Damage to furniture resulting from improper operation, which consists in failure to comply with the conditions stipulated in Section 3 of these Rules.
2.3.7. Defects that were notified to the Buyer prior to the sale.
3. RULES FOR THE OPERATION OF FURNITURE
3.1. General provisions.
3.1.1. Upholstered furniture must be used by the Buyer exclusively for its direct functional purpose - for seating or placing feet.
3.1.2. Furniture must be installed on a stable, flat, horizontal surface to prevent deformation and damage.
3.1.3. It is not allowed to exceed the permissible load on soft elements, if such is established by the manufacturer.
3.2. Climatic and light operating conditions.
3.2.1. It is recommended to operate upholstered furniture in dry and heated rooms with relative humidity within 30-70% and temperature in the range of 10-25°C.
3.2.2. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight on the upholstery should be avoided to prevent fading and damage.
3.2.3. It is not recommended to place upholstered furniture near damp and cold walls, as well as heating appliances at a distance of less than 30 cm.
3.3. Upholstery care and cleaning.
3.3.1. To clean fabric upholstery, use soft sponges or cloths and special care products appropriate for the type of upholstery material, according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3.3.2. Prolonged exposure to moisture on the upholstery is not allowed. If liquid gets on the surface of the furniture, it must be immediately wiped with a dry and soft cloth.
3.3.3. The use of abrasive cleaning agents or aggressive chemicals to care for the upholstery is prohibited.
3.4. Features of operation.
3.4.1. Folds and creases in the upholstery fabric of soft elements that occur during operation under load are natural and are not considered a defect.
3.4.2. Residual deformation of soft elements that occurs after removal of the load and does not exceed 10% of the initial thickness is permissible and is not considered a defect.
3.4.3. It is forbidden to stand or jump on upholstered furniture if its design does not provide for such loads.
3.4.4. Avoid placing sharp or heavy objects on upholstered furniture that may damage the upholstery or interior elements.
3.5. Furniture made to order.
3.5.1. In case of differences in shade, texture or size due to the specifics of individual production, minor deviations are allowed, which are not considered a defect, if they do not exceed the agreed parameters.
4. SERVICE
4.1. Furniture maintenance includes a set of actions aimed at restoring its appearance, functionality, and consumer properties. It is divided into warranty and post-warranty (paid) maintenance.
4.2. Warranty service is provided under the following conditions:
4.2.1. Availability of a document confirming the purchase of furniture from the Seller (fiscal receipt, sales receipt, warranty card or other official document);
4.2.2. Compliance by the Buyer with the operating conditions established by these Rules;
4.2.3. No third-party interference with the furniture design (independent repair or changes to structural elements).
4.3. Warranty service includes free elimination of hidden defects of manufacturing origin, in particular:
4.3.1. Defects in processing parts (chips, film swelling);
4.3.2. Inconsistency in drilling holes;
4.3.3. Other manufacturing defects, as determined by the Seller or confirmed by the results of the Seller's examination.
4.4. Post-warranty service (at the Buyer's request and for a separate fee) may include:
4.4.1. Repair of mechanical damage;
4.4.2. Replacement of furniture parts;
4.4.3. Other furniture restoration services.
4.5. The cost of post-warranty service is determined by the Seller based on the nature of the defect, complexity of the work and consumables, and is agreed with the Buyer before the start of work.
4.6. The term of service performance is determined individually depending on the complexity of the work and the availability of necessary materials.
4.7. The Seller reserves the right:
4.7.1. Refuse warranty service if the technical condition of the furniture is such that its repair is impossible.
4.7.2. Send the furniture for examination to determine the nature of the defect (production or operational).
4.8. All service requests are made through:
4.8.1. Official website of the Seller;
4.8.2. Stores or product collection points, the list of which is indicated on the Seller's website https://my–objects.com.
4.9. Furniture is accepted for service only after its external inspection and completion of the Furniture Acceptance Certificate for Service, a copy of which is issued to the Buyer.
5. PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING WARRANTY RIGHTS
5.1. If defects in the furniture are discovered during the warranty period, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller with a request for free elimination of the defects.
5.2. To exercise the right to warranty service, the Buyer is obliged to:
5.2.1. Provide the furniture to the Seller for external inspection and fill out the Furniture Acceptance Certificate for service;
5.2.2. Provide a document confirming the fact of purchasing furniture from the Seller (fiscal or sales receipt, warranty card or other accompanying document).
5.3. After accepting the furniture, the Seller conducts a preliminary inspection and, if necessary, sends the furniture for internal or independent examination to determine the nature of the defect.
5.4. In the event of confirmation of a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, the Buyer has the right to free repair of the Goods within a reasonable period of time or to replace it with a product of a similar brand (model, article, modification) of proper quality. By agreement of the parties, a replacement with a product of another brand (model, article, modification) may be made with an appropriate price transfer. In the event of a significant defect that cannot be eliminated or is detected again after elimination for reasons beyond the Buyer's control, the Buyer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale agreement and return the amount paid for the Goods.
5.5. If it is established that the defect arose due to violation of the conditions of operation, transportation or assembly of the furniture, the Seller has the right to refuse warranty service. In such cases, the Buyer has the right to receive the product back or order post-warranty (paid) service in accordance with the conditions set out in Section 4 of these Rules. Information about the reason for the refusal is communicated to the Buyer orally or in another convenient way.
5.6. In case of disagreement with the results of the examination, the Buyer has the right to conduct an independent examination at his own expense.
5.7. In the event of a decision to refund funds, the funds shall be returned to the Buyer within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the relevant decision.
6. RELEVANCE AND CHANGE OF RULES
6.1. The Seller reserves the right to make changes and/or additions to these Rules at any time unilaterally, without prior consent of the Buyer.
6.2. The updated version of the Rules is published on the official Website of the Seller. https://my–objects.com and enters into force from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise provided separately.
6.3. Changes to the Rules are not retroactive and apply exclusively to legal relationships that arose after the new version entered into force.
6.4. The Buyer is recommended to periodically review the current version of the Rules posted on the Seller's Website. https://my–objects.com, to ensure your awareness of the operating conditions, warranty and service of the products.

Rules for the operation, warranty and service of jewelry (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”), implemented by the Seller on the Site https://my–objects.com, designed according to the requirementsCivil Code of Ukraine, Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", DSTU 3527-97 "Goldsmith's products made of precious materials" and regulate the procedure for operation, warranty and service of jewelry made of gold, silver and gold plating sold by the Seller.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The Seller guarantees that all jewelry sold by him is made of precious metals (gold, silver) or has an appropriate decorative coating (rhodium, gold plating), while meeting the requirements of DSTU 3527-97 "Jewelry products made of precious materials", as well as the technical conditions of production.
1.2. Each product is marked with an appropriate assay mark, which confirms the content of precious metal and meets the requirements of the State Assay Service of Ukraine in accordance with current legislation.
1.3. The Seller ensures that each product complies with the technical and quality characteristics stated in the accompanying documents or on the Seller's official Website. https://my–objects.com.
1.4. Warranty obligations are valid only if the product is purchased directly from the Seller, and if one of the following supporting documents is available:
1.4.1. Fiscal check;
1.4.2. Goods receipt;
1.4.3. Warranty card;
1.4.4. Other official supporting document.
1.5. The warranty period begins from the date of transfer of the goods to the Buyer, which is certified by the relevant accompanying document and is indicated in the warranty card or settlement document.
2. WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS
2.1. Warranty period:
2.1.1. For gold products - 12 months;
2.1.2. For silver products - 12 months;
2.1.3. For products with gold plating - 3 months.
2.2. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects of metal or joints that occurred through no fault of the Buyer.
2.3. The warranty does not apply to:
2.3.1. Mechanical damage (dents, scratches, cracks);
2.3.2. Color change due to chemical or thermal exposure;
2.3.3. Natural abrasion of the coating (gilding);
2.3.4. Independent intervention or modification of the product design.
3. OPERATING RULES
3.1. These Rules apply to all jewelry sold by the Seller, regardless of the type of metal or the presence of a decorative coating, and are aimed at ensuring the preservation of the appearance and functionality of the products during the warranty period and after its expiration.
3.2. The buyer undertakes to operate the jewelry in compliance with the following conditions that prevent its damage:
3.2.1. Avoid careless, incorrect or improper use of products, including any mechanical action that may damage the metal or decorative coating;
3.2.2. Do not allow products to come into contact with acids, alkalis, detergents or washing agents;
3.2.3. Avoid interaction of products with substances containing chlorine, iodine, mercury, sulfur or their compounds (which may be present in cosmetics or disinfectants, swimming pool water, etc.);
3.2.4. Do not expose products to solvents (acetone, nail polish removers, stain removers);
3.2.5. Do not allow thermal effects on the products - contact with open fire, high or low temperatures, thermal changes (including staying in saunas, solariums, etc.);
3.2.6. Avoid exposure to dyes and substances that may discolor the surface of the product;
3.2.7. The use of abrasive materials and substances (toothpaste, nail files, household products with abrasive particles) is prohibited in relation to products;
3.2.8. Do not allow products to be exposed to electromagnetic, ultraviolet, X-ray and other radiation;
3.2.9. Avoid any other chemical or physical impact on the products that may lead to damage or loss of the decorative appearance of the product;
3.3. It is forbidden to clean jewelry yourself using household ultrasonic devices. Such exposure may cause microdamage or loss of the decorative layer;
3.4. Products must be stored in a manner that prevents damage. Each product must be stored separately, in a soft case or fabric bag that prevents contact with other objects and prevents scratches, abrasions or deformations.
3.5. The Seller's warranty obligations do not apply to jewelry if the Buyer has violated the conditions of operation, care or storage of the products established in these Rules.
4. SERVICE
4.1. Jewelry service includes a set of actions aimed at restoring the appearance, functionality, and consumer properties of the product. It is divided into warranty and post-warranty (paid) service.
4.2. Warranty service is provided under the following conditions:
4.2.1. Availability of a document confirming the purchase of the product from the Seller (fiscal receipt, sales receipt, warranty card, other official accompanying document);
4.2.2. Compliance with the operating conditions established by these Rules;
4.2.3. Absence of third-party intervention (independent repair or change in the design of the product).
4.3. Warranty service includes free elimination of hidden defects that have arisen due to the manufacturer's fault, in particular:
4.3.1. Malfunction of the clasp of earrings, bracelets, necklaces, chains;
4.3.2. Malfunction of mechanical elements that affect the functionality of the decoration;
4.3.3. And other malfunctions that may occur during normal use of the product, provided they are confirmed as manufacturing defects, depending on the type, design features and materials of a particular jewelry item. The nature of such defects is determined by an authorized employee of the Seller or based on the results of an examination.
4.4. Post-warranty service (including paid) may include:
4.4.1. Surface polishing;
4.4.2. Restoration of decorative coating (rhodium plating, gilding);
4.4.3. Replacement of fasteners, spring elements or latches;
4.4.4. Other services not related to manufacturing defects.
4.5. The cost of post-warranty service is determined by the Seller at the time of the Buyer's request, based on the nature of the defect, the complexity of the work and consumables, and is agreed with the Buyer before the start of the work.
4.6. The term of service performance is determined individually and depends on technical capabilities and the scope of work.
4.7. The Seller reserves the right:
4.7.1. Refuse service in case of violation of the integrity of the product or its unsuitability for restoration;
4.7.2. Send the product for examination to determine the nature of the defect (warranty or not).
4.8. All service requests are made through:
4.8.1. Official website of the Seller;
4.8.2. Stores or product collection points, the list of which is indicated on the Seller's website https://my–objects.com.
4.9. Acceptance of products for service is carried out exclusively after their external inspection and completion of the Certificate of Acceptance of Jewelry for Service, a copy of which is issued to the Buyer.
5. PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING WARRANTY RIGHTS
5.1. If defects are discovered in the jewelry product during the warranty period, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller with a request for free elimination of the identified defects, replacement of the goods or refund of the amount paid.
5.2. To exercise the right to warranty service, the Buyer is obliged to:
5.2.1. Provide the jewelry to the Seller for external inspection and fill out the Jewelry Acceptance Certificate for service.
5.2.2. Provide a document confirming the fact of purchasing the product from the Seller (fiscal or sales receipt, warranty card, other official accompanying document).
5.3. After accepting the product, the Seller performs a preliminary inspection and, if necessary, sends the product for internal or independent examination in order to establish the causes of the defect (production or operational nature).
5.4. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product is subject to free repair, replacement with a similar product, or refund.
5.5. If it is established that the defect arose due to violation of the operating rules, the presence of mechanical damage or other circumstances that exclude warranty service, the product is considered not subject to free repair. In such cases, the Buyer has the right to receive the product back or order post-warranty (paid) service in accordance with the conditions set out in Section 4 of these Rules. Information about the reason for the refusal is communicated to the Buyer orally or in another convenient way.
5.6. In case of disagreement with the results of the examination, the Buyer has the right to conduct an independent examination at his own expense.

Rules for the operation of ceramic and blown glass products (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”), implemented by the Seller on the Site https://my–objects.com, designed according to the requirementsCivil Code of Ukraine, Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and regulate the procedure for the operation of ceramic and blown glass products.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The Seller provides information on the safe use of ceramic and tempered glass products.
1.2. These Rules apply to all Buyers who purchased ceramic products from the Seller through the official Website. https://my–objects.com or other sales channels.
2RULES FOR THE OPERATION OF CERAMIC PRODUCTS AND TEMPERED GLASS
2.1. Ceramic and glass products must be used by the Buyer exclusively for their direct functional purpose.
2.2. To ensure a long service life and maintain the quality of ceramic and blown glass products, the Buyer undertakes to adhere to the following operating rules:
2.2.1. Avoid sudden temperature changes, in particular, do not expose products that have been cooled to sudden heating (for example, placing them directly from the refrigerator into the oven or microwave);
2.2.2. Prevent any mechanical impact on the products, including impacts, falls and other actions that may lead to their damage;
2.2.3. Do not allow prolonged contact of products with aggressive chemicals (acids, alkalis, strong detergents);
2.2.4. To wash products, use only mild detergents without abrasive ingredients and soft sponges or cloths;
2.2.5. It is recommended to wash ceramic dishes by hand with warm water;
2.2.6. Before first use, the product should be thoroughly washed with warm water with a small amount of neutral detergent and dried;
2.2.7. Do not soak ceramic products in water for a long time.
2.3. Storage of ceramic and glass products must be carried out in compliance with the following conditions:
2.3.1. Separately from other hard objects to prevent scratches, chips and other mechanical damage;
2.3.2. In closed cabinets, shelves or in dry and well-ventilated rooms;
2.3.3. Avoid prolonged storage in places with high humidity.
3. RETURN OF GOODS
3.1. The return of ceramic and blown glass products is carried out by the Buyer in accordance with the terms of the Public Offer Agreement and the Regulations on Warranty and Return of Goods, posted on the Seller's Website https://my–objects.com, as well as on the general grounds provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", within fourteen calendar days from the day following the day of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer.
4. FEATURES OF IMAGES AND CHARACTERISTICS OF CERAMIC PRODUCTS AND PRODUCTS MADE OF TEMPERED GLASS HANDMADE
4.1. Photos posted on the Seller's Website https://my–objects.com, are exclusively illustrative in nature and do not guarantee full compliance with the appearance of the Goods delivered to the Buyer.
4.2. Hand-made Goods may have slight differences in shape, color, size, texture or other details compared to the photographs posted on the Seller's Website. https://my–objects.comSuch differences are not considered a defect of the Goods or its non-compliance with the characteristics specified on the Seller's Website. https://my–objects.com, but is a sign of exclusivity and uniqueness of handmade work.
4.3. By placing an Order for the purchase of a ceramic or blown glass product, the Buyer confirms his understanding and agreement with these features.
5. RELEVANCE AND CHANGE OF RULES
5.1. The Seller reserves the right to make changes and/or additions to these Rules at any time unilaterally, without prior consent of the Buyer.
