Individual entrepreneur Mych Iryna Igorivna, who is the owner and manager of the Site https://my–objects.com, understanding the importance of ensuring the confidentiality and inviolability of Personal and Confidential Data of individuals who are users of the Site, concludes with you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) a Confidentiality Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) in order to determine the procedure for obtaining, storing, processing, using and disclosing the User’s personal data when using the Site. https://my–objects.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) establishes the procedure for the implementation and processing of personal data, the types of personal data collected, the purpose of using such personal data, interaction with third parties, security measures to protect personal data, conditions for access to personal data, as well as contact information for the user regarding access, changes, blocking or deletion of their personal data.
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. To use the Site and purchase the Goods offered on the Site under the terms of a public offer agreement, the User is obliged to accept the terms of this Agreement. The User has no right to use the Site and order the Goods listed on the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Goods") if he/she disagrees with the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. Website https://my–objects.com carries out activities to collect personal data of users who intend to purchase or purchase the Goods presented on the Site, and respects the privacy of each user, assuming obligations to protect the personal data of users, any information that can be used to confirm the identity and identify a specific person (individual or business entity) representing the interests of such entity. 1.3. The Site's Privacy Policy applies to any type of use of this resource, namely to all, without exception, actions of the User related to the purchase of goods, regardless of whether the User views information about goods, adds goods to the cart, places an order, makes a payment, or uses other functionality of the Site, regardless of whether these actions are performed via a personal computer, mobile version of the Site, or mobile application.
1.4. Website https://mych-objects.com collects the amount of personal data that is necessary for the conclusion and execution of a public offer for the sale of goods contract.
1.5. Website https://my–objects.com does not collect any information for the processing of which certain requirements are established by law, such as information about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, criminal convictions for committing a crime or convictions for criminal punishment, as well as data concerning health, sex life, biometric or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection").
II. TERMS
2.1. For the purposes of this privacy policy, the following terms are used with the following meanings:
2.1.1. Personal data – any information or set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified. The purpose of collecting and processing personal data in the System is to store and maintain data of users who intend to purchase or purchase goods, in accordance with Articles 6, 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and to ensure the implementation of civil legal relations, provision/receipt and payment for purchased goods, in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine”.
2.1.2. Owner of the personal data base – Individual entrepreneur Mych Iryna Igorivna, who, with the consent of the subject of personal data on the Site https://my–objects.com, granted the right to process this data, which approves the purpose of processing personal data in this database, establishes the composition of this data and the procedure for processing it, unless otherwise specified by law.
2.1.3. Responsible person – a person designated by the Owner of the personal data base who organizes work related to the protection of personal data during their processing, in accordance with the law.
2.1.4. Website – a collection of data, electronic (digital) information, other objects of copyright and (or) related rights, etc., interconnected and structured within the address: https://mych-objects.com and all its subdomains.
2.1.5. Website https://mych-objects.com – acts as an online resource (trading platform) and positions itself as a "Site" for registration, familiarization with goods and conclusion of a public offer agreement for their purchase.
2.1.6. Information Protection Administrator – the access subject responsible for ensuring the protection of the automated system from unauthorized access to information.
2.1.7. Processing of personal data – any action or set of actions to collect, register, accumulate, store, adapt, change, update, use and distribute (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalize, destroy personal data, including using information databases.
2.1.8. Cookies files — is a text file or files containing a small amount of information that is sent to a web browser and stored on a user's device. Such devices may include a computer, mobile phone or other device through which the user visits the Site.

2.1.10. Customer (User) – any legally capable person who, in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Public Offer Agreement, has voluntarily fully accepted (accepted) all its terms without exception for the purpose of purchasing the goods presented on the Site https://mych-objects.com.
2.2. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, all terms specified in Section II of this Agreement are used exclusively in the meaning specified in Section II of this Privacy Policy, regardless of the use of these terms in the singular or plural, or in other grammatical forms, cases and/or constructions.
2.3. All other terms not separately defined in this Privacy Policy are understood and interpreted in their literal grammatical meaning, based on the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine, business customs, as well as the purpose and subject matter of this Agreement.
III. PURPOSE OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
3.1. Purpose of using personal data:
3.1.1. Your personal data is used to conclude and execute a public offer for the sale of goods agreement, as well as to ensure the provision of Internet services on the Site. https://mych-objects.com for the exchange of information/news, relations in the field of advertising and communication in accordance with the requirements and in compliance with the laws of Ukraine, including, but not limited to: "On the Protection of Personal Data", "On the Ratification of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and the Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data with regard to Supervisory Authorities and Transborder Data Flows", "On Information", "On Advertising", "On Telecommunications", "On the Protection of Information in Information and Telecommunications Systems", "On State Support for the Mass Media and Social Protection of Journalists", as well as in accordance with the Rules for Using the Site.
3.2. Personal data retention period:
3.2.1. Personal data is stored for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of their processing.
3.3.1. The Data Protection Administrator is a third party designated and engaged by the Owner of personal data for the purposes of processing personal data in accordance with this Agreement and the legislation on personal data protection. The Administrator processes the personal data of Users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. The provided personal data is processed and may be stored in the Personal Data Database.
3.3.2. Personal data of Users is processed, among others, in the following areas:
– for the performance of contracts concluded with the User for the public offer of goods for sale – the basis for data processing in this case will be the contract concluded with the Administrator by accepting the rules of the specified contract via the link https://mych-objects.com.
– if the User has consented to this, commercial information regarding goods offered for sale, including promotions, may be sent to the User's specified email address or phone number – in this case, the basis for processing the User's data is his consent, which is not mandatory and can be withdrawn at any time;
– to send the User individual marketing messages, for example, in the form of product offers;
– for marketing purposes – the Administrator will periodically send information about the Seller's offers to the correspondence address specified by the User;
– for statistical purposes for the Administrator's internal needs – in this case, the basis for data processing will be the Administrator's legally justified interest in collecting information that allows developing activities and tailoring services to the needs of Users.
3.3.3. When placing an order on the Site https://my–objects.com and by concluding a public offer for the sale of Goods, the User indicates certain specific personal data necessary for the execution of the contract of sale of goods. Refusal to provide the data necessary for the execution of the order shall entail the impossibility of the Seller's execution of the contract of sale of goods. It is not mandatory for the User to express his consent to receive commercial information to the specified e-mail address or specified telephone number for the execution of the concluded contract of sale of goods. If consent is given, it can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing until the moment of withdrawal.
3.3.4. Website https://my–objects.com reserves the right to provide the User's personal data to entities that may cooperate in the performance of the Public Offer Agreement for the sale of goods concluded by the User, including, in particular, in making payments for the purchased Goods and organizing their delivery.
3.3.5. Personal data transferred by the User will be processed for the period necessary for the implementation of the public offer agreement for the sale of goods, as well as for the consideration of claims for complaints, confirmation of the Administrator's fulfillment of obligations and consideration or defense against claims that may be directed against the Administrator, but no longer than one year from the date of transfer of his data to the Administrator by the User.
3.3.6. Under the outlined conditions, the User has the following rights in connection with the processing of his personal data by the Administrator in connection with the operation of the Site: https://my–objects.com the right to access data, update it, request data portability, request its deletion, object to data processing and request restriction of data processing.
3.3.7. The User has the right to submit to the Site https://my–objects.com objection to the processing of the User's personal data directly by the Administrator.
3.4. Use of cookies:
3.4.1.Cookies can be permanent (they are called persistent cookies) and are stored on the computer until the user deletes them, or temporary (such cookies are called session cookies), that is, they are stored only until the browser is closed. 3.6.4. The User's personal data may be used for legal purposes in court or at stages leading to a possible appeal to court due to the fact that the Site or services were used improperly.
3.6.5 The User is aware that the Site Administrator may be forced to provide personal data at the request of state authorities in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.

3.7.1. 3.8.4. Dissemination of personal data without the consent of the personal data subject or a person authorized by him is permitted in cases specified by law, and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic well-being and human rights.
Conditions for access to personal data:
The procedure for accessing personal data of third parties is determined by the terms of the user's consent provided to the owner of personal data for the processing of this data, or in accordance with the requirements of the law.
The user has the right to receive any information about himself from any subject of relations related to personal data, provided that the surname, first name and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay) and details of the document certifying the individual submitting the request are indicated, except for cases established by law.

Delaying a user's access to their personal data is not allowed.
A deferral of access to third party personal data is permitted if the required data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. In this case, the total time frame for resolving the issues raised in the request may not exceed forty-five calendar days.
The notice of postponement shall be communicated to the third party who submitted the request in writing, with an explanation of the procedure for appealing such a decision.
The decision to postpone or deny access to personal data may be appealed to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or through the court.
3.9. Rights of the personal data subject:
3.9.1. Website https://my–objects.com brings to your attention information about your rights as a personal data subject, which are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", namely:
– to know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data or to provide an appropriate instruction to obtain this information to persons authorized by him, except in cases established by law;
– receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular, information about third parties to whom personal data is transferred;
– to access your personal data;
– receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response on whether personal data are being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
– submit a reasoned request to the owner of personal data objecting to the processing of their personal data;
– to submit a reasoned request for the modification or destruction of their personal data by any owner and controller of personal data if these data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;
– to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is unreliable or defames the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
– file complaints about the processing of their personal data with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;
– apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation;
– make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when providing consent;
– withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
– know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
– to protect against automated decision-making that has legal consequences.
3.10. To update, access, change, block or delete your personal data, withdraw consent to the processing of personal data provided by you to the Site https://my–objects.com in accordance with this Policy, or if you have any comments, wishes or complaints regarding your personal data that is being processed, please send a message to the e-mail address indicated on the Site. https://my–objects.com, indicating your name, phone number, email and text request.
3.11. Policy Change:

IV. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy and the legislation of Ukraine.
4.1.3. Take all measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this type of information in business transactions.
4.1.4. Block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of the User's request or request, or his legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of false personal data or illegal actions.
4.2. User Responsibilities:

V. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
5.1. The mandatory first stage of dispute resolution is the submission of a claim (a written proposal by the Party regarding the voluntary settlement of the dispute).
5.2. The recipient of the claim must notify the Applicant in writing of the results of the claim review within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.
5.3. In the event of failure to reach an agreement to resolve the dispute through negotiations and filing of claims, the dispute will be referred for consideration to a judicial body in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
VI. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
6.1. Without the consent and prior notice of the User, the Site Administration has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy.
6.2. The new version of the Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Online Store Website, unless otherwise provided in the new version of the Privacy Policy.
6.3. In the event that any clause/part of this Privacy Policy is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses/parts thereof will remain in effect.
VII. CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
I, as the subject of personal data, give my voluntary consent to the processing of my personal data provided by me during registration and placing an order for goods on the Site. https://mych-objects.com, dwhose activity is carried out by the individual entrepreneur Mych Iryna Igorevna, e-mail: mych.objects@mail.com, tel. +380 67 555 77 88 and the Information Protection Administrator (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator) in the personal data base of the Site https://my–objects.com in order to ensure the fulfillment by the Owner of the personal data base and the Administrator of the obligations assumed under the contract of a public offer for the sale of goods, to ensure relations in the field of purchase and sale of goods, advertising and conducting business relations, sending (sending) to my address special offers, information about new goods and promotional campaigns, discounts and other actions within the scope of its activities, as well as the fulfillment by the Owner of the personal data base of its obligations to me as the Customer of goods, etc., namely:
– surname, first name, patronymic, residential address, mobile phone number, other contact information, passport data, TIN (RNOKPP), date of birth, place of registration and other information provided by me when registering on the Site and placing an order for goods by agreeing to the public offer agreement posted on the Site https://my–objects.com, etc;
– any other personal data and information voluntarily provided by the Subject of personal data to the Owner of the personal data base, contained in documents provided when filling out questionnaires, conducting surveys, in the process of placing orders, other documents and performing concluded contracts, as well as data that may be necessary for the Owner of the personal data base in connection with the implementation of the purpose of processing personal data, including passport data, if any were provided.

I agree that Individual entrepreneur Mych Iryna Igorivna, e-mail: mych.objects@mail.com, tel. +380 67 555 77 88, may transfer my personal data to third parties, affiliated legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in accordance with the purpose of their processing, banking institutions, financial institutions, other third parties, provided that such persons comply with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data (without additional consent and notification of the Subject of personal data in the event of their transfer).
I confirm my agreement with all of the above, and also that I have been informed about the Administrator of personal data; the purpose of processing personal data; the composition and content of personal data; the persons to whom personal data may be transferred; I understand my rights provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", and I also undertake to comply with the rules for using the Site.
I am aware that the Owner of the personal database reserves the right to change the Terms of Use of the Site (Public Offer), as well as the Privacy Policy at its discretion.
